The HR Congress recently recorded a short interview with Mark Mortensen, Associate Professor and Area Chair of Organizational Behaviour at INSEAD in Paris. Previously, Mark held teaching and research positions at MIT and McGill University.
Mark’s research looks into the conditions that allow teams to flourish and perform at their peak. He also researches upon collaboration, multi-teaming, and a range of issues that explore the relationship between organizational design and business performance. He is also currently interested in the way in which technologies and internationally distributed teams are augmenting how we work together.
