The HR Congress in Amsterdam was a one-of-a-kind event, attended by enthusiastic HR professionals and seasoned thought leaders, all who helped contribute to an engaging and invigorating experience. However, the Congress’ success was largely due to a unique panel of keynote speakers who spared no effort in delivering captivating presentations. It can take quite a bit to pin 900 people to their seats, so this year we’ve upped our game to secure yet another amazing panel of keynotes at The HR Congress in Brussels on 28-29 November 2017.

Dr. Dave Ulrich
Dave is considered to be the father of modern HR. At our 2016 event his opening keynote, in which he accurately summed up the present and future of the HR profession by stating that ‘HR is not about HR’, received rave reviews. We are delighted to have Dave back again as a keynote speaker in 2017. Download a free chapter from his upcoming book HERE.

Dr. Sydney Finkelstein
Sydney is the Steven Roth Professor of Management and faculty director of the Tuck Executive Program (TEP) at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is also the author of the bestseller Superbosses: How Exceptional Leaders Master the Flow of Talent.
