As the age of digital technologies, agility, and AI descends upon companies, it has become clear that new ways of thinking about how organizations function are required. The changes that are facing many businesses are manifold. Experimentation is a must. Management no longer means what it once did. Human Resources now has to take charge of innovation development. Technologies are changing market imperatives at a rapid pace. Yet, amidst all of this, the existing core operations of the business must continue.
