Thomas Møller Lybæk is currently the HR Process Innovation Director at The LEGO Group, responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of updated HR processes within The LEGO Group’s internal operations. He has previous experience in project and change management from organisations such as; Vestas, Grundfos, and IBM.
