LEGO is one of the most recognizable brands in the contemporary world. The Denmark based company has been at the forefront of they way children play (and create chaos at home) since 1932. However, the toy market is changing dramatically with the times, and as such, The LEGO Group is too. As a part of a wider transformation, LEGO’s HR modernization journey seeks to bring the organisation into the modern age and ensure its competitiveness long into the future.

Thomas Møller Lybæk is currently the HR Process Innovation Director at The LEGO Group, responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of updated HR processes within The LEGO Group’s internal operations. He has previous experience in project and change management from organisations such as; Vestas, Grundfos, and IBM.
