We recently recorded a podcast with Kevin Mulcahy, founder of Future Workplace, a global consultancy firm based in Boston. Kevin is a workplace trends sense-maker, educator, and coach, particularly interested in how AI and digital technologies are going to impact the workplaces of the future.
As the conversation moved from defining AI to outlining why HR must pay careful attention to the expansion of cognitive technologies, a few things became apparent. One, that this is a hugely complex and potentially troublesome topic on all manners of levels. Two, that despite the previous statement, the equation for HR is much more simple than it may seem at present. And three, AI is going to change practically all parts of the HR value chain.
Kevin will present a keynote entitled Future of Work – How Leading Organizations are Leveraging AI in HR to Drive Sustainable Digital Transformation at The Digital HR Summit Amsterdam on April 2-3. Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to join him there, especially if you are interested in learning more about AI, digital transformations, and the future of work.
The 2nd Digital HR Summit Amsterdam, April 2-3 will feature a selection of sessions that will explore the implications of Digital technologies on HR and the business in general.
