Kevin’s work focuses on leadership and organisational development, with a particular eye towards organisational agility, and supporting business leaders and their employees prepare for the future of work. Previously, he was a Partner and Director of Willis Towers Watson Ireland, leading the HR consulting and ‘Future of Work’ practices.
